We're in the days following the new year where I'm not sure if I'm dying to get back to our typical routine and structure or ready to hang on tight to just a few more slow quiet relaxing days. With the new year often comes new commitment to health. I know my friends and I have joked about how our feeds went from flooded with the latest gadgets we might want as last minute Christmas gifts to new supplements and gym specials.
